All watches are subject to assessment. A requested repair or restoration may be declined if the watch, required parts, requested intervention or risk level falls outside the available service scope.
No guarantee is made regarding resale value, historical attribution, investment performance, career outcomes, restoration perfection or the availability of original replacement parts. Technical warranties, if offered for a specific completed service, must be stated separately in writing.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, disclosing known damage or previous work, following handling/shipping instructions, and deciding whether to proceed after receiving service information.
